When I lived in Florence I loved the Giardino dell’Iris (Iris Garden). Open only a few weeks in May, it is awash with glorious Iris’ and, in my opinion, second only to the beautiful Wisteria walk (the scent!) in Giardini Bardini during the same month. – Mundy
