Letterbox by A C H A R A is a handwritten message service, which helps people connect in a meaningful way on paper.

In an ideal world we’d have stationery and stamps to hand when we want to write to someone but more often than not we don’t and so no letter is sent. Spontaneity is magical and I’d like to help it along with Letterbox. Pick the note, write what you want to say, and put it ‘through’ the letterbox, where it will become a hand-written note sent by post. Ask that person to dinner, tell them you miss them, say thank you, say you’re thinking of them, whatever. Someone somewhere will receive a colourful envelope through the mail, with your message handwritten in fountain pen. A tangible object they can hold and keep in today’s ephemeral world – Mundy

• select note and write your message in the box below
• Notes available: Dahlia, Marni, Delfina, Feverfew & Nuala
• send to people in Ireland, UK & Europe
• once purchased, your message is handwritten on the chosen note and posted.
• purchase before 12noon GMT (Monday – Friday) and it will be shipped the same day
• limited number of notes available per day, restocked daily
• each note is sent by An Post standard mail.
• all stationery is hand-folded, cut and made by me in Kilkenny, Ireland
